3 Deposit and Payment Policy

4 Withdrawal Policy

A completed KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed on mcw5. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur on weekends or public bank holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal request.
